Cloud Security Snapshot
Available for: Google Workspace • Microsoft 365
What it is: A focused, automated check of your cloud email and file platform, whether that's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. It looks at six of the most common ways small businesses get exposed, and shows you exactly what it finds in plain English.
The Problem: Most small businesses run their entire company on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and have never once checked the security settings underneath it. Nobody looks until something goes wrong: an old employee's account still has access, a file got shared outside the company by accident, or an app someone connected two years ago still has the keys to your email.
The Solution: The Cloud Security Snapshot checks six areas that matter most on either platform: multi-factor authentication, inactive or disabled accounts, admin access, file sharing, connected third-party apps, and email forwarding rules. You get a short report ranking what it finds by severity, with a handful of concrete next steps, not a 40-page audit nobody reads.
